The brightness of gold in jewelry can sometimes seem too 'look at me' and vulgar. But polished brass? In my opinion it's an oft-overlooked metal that, when used smartly, can render a piece both outstanding and quietly charming.

Not unlike Cursive Design's handcrafted jewelry range, which uses delicate pieces of brass along with mixed materials such as lace and semiprecious stones.
